Prices depend on the length of your stay and the number of used bedrooms.

Pets: 5€ per day

Note: In the period from October 1 to April 30 we have to charge an energy surcharge of 8€ per night due to massively increased energy costs.

All prices include 7% VAT, that will appear on the invoice.

Towels and blankets are included in the prices.
We are not asking for any additional fees like cleaning fee, heating supplement or fees per person.

A down payment of 20% is required when a booking is made. The full amount needs to be paid 21 days before arrival.
Payment in cash can be agreed for short term bookings.
Cancellations are subject to charges.
